I love the convenience

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group attending a conference, and we were all shocked by the lack of professionalism and hospitality from the front desk staff. After traveling 13 hours or more, the last thing guests expect is to arrive at a hotel where they don't even receive a simple smile or warm welcome. The young ladies at the front desk never greeted us. Instead, they simply asked, “Checking in?” No hello, no welcome, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. What made it even worse was that after checking us in, they didn't let us know the process was complete, provide directions to our rooms, or even say, “Thank you, and enjoy your stay.” These are basic customer service standards that should be expected at any hotel. None of the staff appeared to be wearing name tags, either. We travel frequently and have stayed at hotels around the world, but this was honestly one of the worst front desk experiences we've ever encountered. Unfortunately, the poor service didn't stop there. I specifically requested housekeeping and scheduled a room cleaning, but no one ever showed up. When I followed up, I was told the front desk had failed to make a note of my request. This is completely unacceptable. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the front desk staff are seriously damaging its reputation. A beautiful property means very little when guests are treated with such a lack of care and professionalism. What is even more disappointing is that several people from our conference group shared the same negative experience. This was clearly not an isolated incident. I strongly encourage hotel management to invest in proper hospitality and customer service training. A simple smile, a warm welcome, clear communication, and genuine appreciation for guests cost absolutely nothing, yet they make all the difference. Hospitality starts the moment a guest walks through the door. Unfortunately, that was completely missing during our stay.

Zimmerservice nur alle 3 Tage - im Bad kaum Möglichkeiten sein Handtuch zu trocknen - Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut
