Merci Aly

The beds were comfortable, good space for 4 and everything spoke for itself. A very decent TV and almost all channels. Each room had their own shower and 2 toilets for both floors. The fridge worked perfectly and enough dishes / cutlery for a dine in experience.
The place seemed recently renovated but...... On the cheap. When spending time on the terrace there was a slight waft of a sewer smell, but if you stay indoors there's no problem at all. Also, not on the host but beware if you plan to travel in the Paris heat, keep everything closed during the day. The building does not have AC or a fan, so sleeping can be quite hot, unless you keep all the back door and all the windows open for a draft in the evening.
