The location of this apartment is great for travelling within Nice, and further afield along the Coté d'Azur. Despite being near the train station, there is no noise from trains. The host met me at the property to hand over keys and answered my questions.
Having to provide a damage deposit in cash meant I had Euro currency returned to me at the end of my stay that I couldn't use up. I would have preferred a deposit via card/bank that could be returned easily.

The person we messaged with during our stay was very friendly and helpful. Also, we got to check in earlier and check out later without any extra charge, which was awesome as our flight arrived early and leaved late in the evening.
The appartment was cozy and very clean.
The only minus was that the TV settings were in Japanese (we don’t speak it) and nobody knew how to fix it, so we couldn’t use it.

Location is so convenient. The owner is great, always responds the questions immediately.
