I’d suggest visitors bring their own throw blankets for more cozy tv time. Wish there was at least dimmable overhead lighting or a floor lamp in the den. Overhead lighting is much too harsh.Everything else was perfect in this rental. Thank goodness for the working elevator, as my husband has a scheduled knee replacement in 3 days.

This property was amazing! We had plenty of room for our entire family and had a wonderful Christmas holiday!! The game room was an added bonus. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only bummer was the hot tub stopped working and it was Christmas week. But we will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this property for your trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented 111 Ocean Ridge Drive in Atlantic Beach for my family - a group of 7 people. The house was very nice. In a great location with ample bedrooms, game room, clean , hot tub, good technology in tvs and Sonos sound system. My concerns were the stove was broken and I couldn’t cook some of my Thanksgiving dishes, there was no chest of drawers in o e if the bedrooms so no place to unpack clothes and we killed four or five cockroaches in the second floor bathrooms.

We rented the house for a family vacation leading up to the wedding of our niece. The home is beautiful, the location is excellent. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The 3rd main living floor is spacious and very, very nice. The kitchen is well equipped (except the terrible square coffee cups). Our family ran out of gas and were not able to cook our food for the last two days of the visit (the property owner did not respond to help resolve the no gas for cooking problem). Not only did we had to eat out with 10 people for two days - we also ended up throwing away much of the food that we purchased for cooking :(. The 'kids' commented that there were not enough hooks to dry out towels on and complained that there were no blankets in the living room area. All of the bedrooms are tiny and the main bedroom (only king bed) is small, not ocean front, and has the smallest bathroom. The tiny bathroom in the main bedroom had an annoying feature - the face plate to the shower jacuzzi fell off every time someone walked into the room. The big room on the top floor should be set up as the main bedroom to make this property more appealing to the person paying for the rental. The beds got a 'super comfortable' from everyone! There was one room that had space for a pack 'n play... other rooms on this floor are so small that you can't open the closet because of a night stand This house is beautiful, but I would not rent it again unless the bedrooms were re-configured.
