The owners beach closet was well stocked helping us avoid packing beach chairs. This unit was clean however a bit dated. We did go to the office explaining that the dryer lint collector was broken. It never did get replaced during our stay so we were unable to use the dryer. It was a simple part I could have ordered via Amazon.

It said the condo had satellite TV but only has Roku. We could not watch our favorite shows and sports. Everyday we had to put in a code to watch News. We watched a football game on our iPad. Thank goodness for the Olympics. Also had 2 different codes for the internet. This should have updated and renters told about it.
