Great location and atmosphere

Lights in the room need to be brighter - appreciate that it’s mood lighting but insufficient light for getting ready.

Everything from the interior design to the color of the walls was very tasteful and esthetic. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. Breakfast and food that we ordered was delicious and clean. Location was very ideal. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay

Even though the price was worth it, it could still be a bit on the lower side.

Had an amazing stay! The breakfast is excellent. As I’m not a fan of buffet breakfasts, the à la carte style was a great asset, though a few more options could be added. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, comfortable, and I loved the aesthetic. Housekeeping and security was also great and friendly. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels internationally and also during this trip to Pakistan, we had an amazing stay. We actually regret leaving for another hotel that I had already booked prior to The Fred.

The room/bathroom lighting is a little dark and the panel can be difficult to adjust lighting. A coffee machine would be a great addition, and there was no plug socket next to the kettle. We were woken up several times by loud drilling, shouting, and chairs moving above us. Front desk didn't know what the cause was when we asked to move rooms. We were incorrectly charged for a snack bar item, but the staff resolved it quickly. Service could be slightly improved but it is still very good overall

As a Lahori now living abroad, this felt like coming home. The staff was welcoming and the attention to detail down food to decor was immaculate. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

Not the fault of the hotel or staff but some of the guests were very entitled and treated the staff poorly.
