Subject: Complaint about Poor Staff Behavior and Check-in/Check-out Issues Dear, Hotel Manager's and The persons who may concern I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel 31-May Unfortunately, my family and I encountered unacceptable behavior from the staff, which significantly impacted our experience. During both check-in and check-out, the staff were uncooperative, unprofessional, and disruptive. They caused unnecessary delays and disturbance, which was distressing for my family. Despite our efforts to resolve the issues amicably, the staff's attitude and behavior remained unsatisfactory. Specifically, your staff disturbes us in the morning when me my family taking rest and your staff enforcing us to leave the room before time. I expect a higher level of service and respect from your hotel, especially considering the reputation and standards you claim to uphold. I hope you take immediate action to address these issues, retrain your staff, and ensure that such incidents do not recur. I would appreciate a response regarding the steps you will take to address this matter. There was not mentioned like couples are not allowed and i rrached and paid and then when my partner came thy start talking like this is not allowed. And when i was with my partner he start mis behaving like no refund and go out right now. Even i orderd food he didn't allowed to eate food and the throught us out and didn't refund a single cent . Very bad staff. If there is a problm we both have to compromise. He did like tipical pakistanis do. If someone in trouble they make more hurdels for them.the worst experience of my life.

The place is new so it's super clean and the staff is friendly. Value for money for sure.

There were no toiletries in the washroom but we brought our own any way. The receptionist called us at 12pm to check if we are staying for another day or not which shouldn't be the case.
