We were moved into room 8 It's upstairs great view , aircon made the entire apartment. Wifi connection was great

Narrow parking

Everything about the apartment was perfect,we enjoyed our staying there. Will definitely stay there again on our trip to Joburg. Safe place also for kids.I love your place it's 100% Good,it's like I was at my place nice, simply and neat .

For future Purposes,The Room that I order wish is 6/9 for example please It must be the one I receive not the other one🫣😁I just don't like closed Doors in my space🙄😁

Intercom was not in service had to call and wait for assistance. I was not informed of two enterances to premises. Later info was communicated regarding deposit on arrival. Bed mattress was not comfortable.

The living space was clean and that was important to me.

1. The parking available was cumbersome to get in and out, providing easy parking should be considered. 2. The yard was in a poor state, and could do with some cleaning and beautifying, not nice walking through the same to your room 3. The sensor light on the stairwell provided very poor lighting at night. 4. There was laundry hung up outside the room, does not promote a holiday feel. 5. The air conditioner did not work but fortunately there was a fan. 6. The gradient in the shower to aid easy flow of water, was problematic as my feet continually slipped whilst I was in the shower 7. The arrival process was cumbersome as there is no dedicated reception personnel. 8. As there is no reception personnel we could not request a WIFI password, nor was it provided in the apartment.
