Property was a 3 bedroom house with a comfortable sofa and large screen smart TV. The beds were comfortable and included two adult bedrooms with queen/king size beds and one kids room with bunk beds. The house was recently renovated with granite tops, oak floors, nice appliances and lots of crown mounting and trim work. There was a nice setting area out back. There were parking spaces for two cars. The host supplied ample kitchen utensils and soap/shampoo dispensers in the bath rooms. We spent 3 days mostly inside the house and enjoyed our stay.

Everything was fine

This house was very clean!!! The location was perfect for us because we needed to be close to the Wilmington National Cemetery so my husband could visit his battle buddies and it was even close enough to the restaurant the annual memorial celebration is held at every year. The neighbor across the street and to the right were so kind, we had such a nice interaction with them. Best part is probably being pet friendly! It's hard to find a nice place that is actually pet friendly. Actually the best part was the customized lock code you set for us. That truly helped us remember the code so much easier and not have to dig up the pass code everytime we needed to unlock the door. My family truly saw that as the best welcome home feeling about this rental.

Luckily we brought our van and not our truck but the parking spaces were very small.

It’s was beautifully decorated and everything that you needed was at your fingertips. The hostess did nicely check-in to how things were going and if anything was needed. Also responded in a timely manner to text. I was really nice and I will be looking forward to my next stay.
