The check in guy was super helpful bathrooms were spotless a great location

The location is near multiple stations(Tanjong Pagar, Maxwell and Prince Edward), and Maxwell food center is just a few minutes walk. The accomodation was well maintained and you can easily open your door using your own phone which was really convenient. Water and coffee were available in the pantry and guests can make use of the kitchen.

I wish they could have provided bedroom slippers for the guests.. As for the noise, it was in front of big construction site so it will be best for guests to wake up early, go out and come back late at night to avoid the loud noise.

Sometimes there is no one at the reception, so maybe the security can be improved; The showers also don't have a heater

The concept aims to be modern. Location is alright, lots of restaurants, shops and e.g. a 7Eleven nearby; Tanjong Pagar MRT reachable in about 2-4 minutes. Check-In /-Out was easy and convenient.

The stay was overall disappointing. Cleanliness is a major issue: many surfaces feel smudgy and sticky, with visible residue. Parts of the shower door show signs of mold. The lack of urinals results in hygiene issues, with toilet floors frequently soiled. The room layout is not well thought out: A simple ladder for bed access would be more practical. Noise insulation is poor, hallway noise carries easily into the room / snoring from neighboring rooms is audible through the walls. The rooftop bar can be heard until early morning in some rooms. The bathroom design is problematic. In many stalls, you have to maneuver around the toilet just to close the door. The paper dispensers are overly tight and difficult to use. The door code system is cumbersome and unnecessarily noisy. A keycard or mobile QR solution would be more practical than the existing Bluetooth system. The keypad sounds should be reduced.
