The apartment was spacious , clean with great air condition throughout which was essential as heat wave when we stayed
Clean towels and water provided daily and breakfast - great coffee at reception and help from Angel - who made our stay amazing she was so helpful and spoke English was able to help us book experiences that we couldn’t have done without her help the transfer was amazing and stress free they were waiting ready to receive us from airport after a long flight with family and luggage is essential for a easy stay
It was a little out of the main hub which we liked as had more local restaurants around easy to get everywhere with didi

Airport Pick up was superb. The driver and the receptionist were courteous and welcoming. There is a fixed breakfast and one can add the quantity with Y15. The location is far from the center shopping street but you have metro just 6 minutes walk Line No. 6 that takes about 40mitues to the shopping area and canton tower.
The room was on level 5 so did not have good views which other have described. We realized that there were bed bugs in the bed that bite our child at night and we suspected mosquitoes. However, this shows cleaning needs to be thorough. I believe other rooms will not have this problem. I also believe that if we had informed the management about the bugs they would have rectified the issue. We only came to know after we showed the bite site to our doctors who said these were bed bugs but we had already checked out.
