Staff was friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and also quick! Food was easy to find too, strategic location.
The stay felt a little unsafe because most of the room doorknobs looks like it has been broken into multiple times despite being fixed, over and over again. But then again it is because of the area itself. Hope the mgmt can upgrade the doors to fire proof one's, which is thicker and harder to break. Other than that, all is good.

The property is in a good location to have access to main tourist spots of KL within 30 minute walk. its also very close to Central Market so a great place to have food/shop etc.
It’s also very close to the metro so you can easily travel further if needed.
Staff were friendly and it has 24/7 open desk so easy to get in and out.
Bedroom was very small and after a few days, felt quite claustrophobic. We asked to move to a bigger room and were told to come back the next day, then the next day, then the next day. But the move never happened.
The location is directly next to the train line so if you are a light sleeper, don’t stay there.
