An absolutely extraordinary place. A super-modern and comfortable house nestled among the treetops — like the treehouse of your childhood dreams, only made for adults, with every comfort you could possibly need, right down to a proper, powerful kitchen stove. What impressed me most was how much thought and love has clearly gone into every detail of the house. Some of my favourite features were the underfloor heating, the cosy wood-burning stove, the bed beside the huge window, and the beautifully lit trees outside. At night, it was wonderful to lie in bed and look straight out at the illuminated forest. I also loved the fact that there are no fences, the window in the shower overlooking the woods, and even tiny thoughtful details such as hooks on the heated towel rail. The house has literally everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking, and there are even little things you would never normally expect to find in a holiday rental — such as disposable razors and sunscreen in case you have forgotten to bring your own. It is this level of thoughtfulness that makes the place feel so special. The house is also perfectly positioned for the sun, facing southwest. You wake up to beautiful morning light without harsh direct sunlight coming through the bedroom window, and in the evening it is wonderful to have dinner in the warm rays of the setting sun. We originally planned to stay for just two nights, but ended up extending our stay. We explored the entire lake by kayak, and it was an unforgettable little holiday. I honestly cannot remember the last time I managed to rest and recharge so completely in such a short time. We came home two days ago, and I still keep thinking about this place. It has stayed with me. The owner is exceptionally polite, thoughtful and gracious, and was always available whenever we needed anything. Communication was easy and genuinely pleasant throughout our stay.

The only thing that felt a little unusual at first was the absence of a microwave, but I quickly got used to reheating food in the oven or on the stove, so it really wasn’t an issue.

We stayed not long enough!

One of the most stylish stays we have discovered in Serbia. The cabin is beautifully designed and full of small details that make the stay feel special. Everything is made with great taste and care. We loved the calm atmosphere.
