The area - fairly new build but next to the river and away from the city centre. Couldn't have asked for a better location for walks. The place itself has friendly neighbours, close to local shops and, given a bit more knowledge, has a great restaurant very close by. Quality of facilities was really good as well as the space.
Although it has a small area at the front and traces and roof terrace, there is no garden.

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was there that you needed ,very clean and tidy my only disappointment
was that I had to wash out all the trays in the oven ,
but we would book again and THANK YOU O

We had a lovely stay at the Paper Mill. It was conveniently located, had ample parking for two vehicles, and had the necessary equipment and appliances. It is light and airy. The bedrooms were a decent size and with two bathrooms, we could use one per couple.
Unfortunately we had one day with luke warm/cold water, but we reported this to Ben. He was responsive and was willing to get someone out over the Bank holiday weekend. Thankfully the issue resolved itself, although it wasn't clear why it happened. For us the pillows were too soft, but this is always personal preference. The knives for the kitchen were a little blunt when preparing dinner but we imagine they've had a good amount of use. The living room area is a little small for four people.
