Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum a mimo to cicha okolica, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, prosta i zrozumiała instrukcja odbioru kluczy, duży i klimatyczny taras, bliskość Carrefour express (dosłownie kilka kroków), dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysto.

mała rzecz- brakowało nam mopa do powycierania podłogi. Czasami w łazience od strony korytarza spłuczka nie działała poprawnie i trzeba było ją docisnąć, byłoby dobrze to sprawdzić.

localização excelente, com paragem de autocarro à porta que leva diretamente para o centro de Roma. Era espaçoso e tinha tudo o necessário para uma boa estadia. As camas eram grandes e confortáveis, e os AC fenomenais.

A limpeza poderia ter sido um pouco mais cuidada, quando cheguei ainda estava na mesa a toalha usada pelos hospedes anteriores, com migalhas e um autocolante. Mas o resto estava muito limpo. Precisa de alguns pequenos trabalhos, o WC do corredor tem o autocolismo estragado, por vezes fica "preso" e não para de deitar água, e tive de retirar a tampa do lavatório com uma faca, porque ficava preso e não se conseguia destapar, o autocolismo WC da suite pinga água, mas fechando a porta não incomoda.

The apartment was very spacious and nice, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is large, and the outdoor private terrace a great bonus. The location is very good, realy close to the Vatican (7-8 minutes walk), and the block is in a very nice and quiet courtyard. The upright piano is a beautiful addition, albeit out of tune, you can enjoy playing a little bit.

It would be nice to get some small complimentary amenities or stuff like that. At least a bottle of water or some fruit for when you check in, especially during the hot summer days. Nevertheless, there is a Carrefour store really close, where you can buy everything you need.

The property is nice and very secure. Good amount of space and location is great.

We specifically rented it based on the "private parking" amenity .. clearly listed. It has no parking. We had to park on the street witch was expensive and hard to find. Also, our questions to the Owner about parking were answered with "sorry, there is no parking" and "we have no one available to help you at this time>"
