Quiet location with excellent access to EartH concert venue. We stayed in room 4, upstairs, and it felt like we had a private lounge.
No aircon, but we had a good fan and didn't feel too hot at all.

Very easy check in and comfortable with good facilities.
No marmite for the toast, but we enjoyed the other food provided.

Excellent facilities which were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. The choice for breakfast was incredible and we enjoyed the communal area where we met other guests.
As the room was quite compact it was very warm even with the fan. However the weather was very hot.

The room was little but clean and tidy.
The neighborhood is great.
A lot of light in the bedroom in the morning.
We were filmed in the common room, and nobody told us that.
So I did my morning workout and took my beakfast in front of a camera.
