Location was perfect for our visit and that was our main reason for choosing it.
It had everything we could possibly need, kitchen gadgets to iron etc
Well thought out. Even fresh milk !
Tbh it was great …. Would of liked a small hand rail to steady yourself in and out of the bath/ shower but that’s it!

Was in a safety lock next to the property, code was provided by the hosts, easy does it.

Comfortable 2 bed flat , right on the seafront. The flat had all you need for a short break. Kitchen equipment and lounge with tv.
Corner shop 50 metres away. Then short walk to harbour, restaurants and eating places..5 mins or so..also good selection of boat trips at the harbour. Really was a great couple of days. Best trip I’ve had to Ilfracombe.
The property was comfortable. It is on 2nd floor, so those with access and mobility issues, wouldn’t be suitable. Great views from second floor.

It was clean and tidy and had new electrical appliances and beds was very comfortable
The bathroom step kept tripping down and the carpet in the stair well was not very clean and needed some work done to the outside and garden was very over grown
