Excellent location in the peaceful lake district of Central Jutland. The guesthouse is beautiful and authentic, originally the home of the host’s mother-in-law, which gives it a very special atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent.
The Icelandic ponies in the garden were a lovely touch and added to the charm of the place. It is also a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside by bike.
The hosts are very kind and welcoming people. I felt at home immediately. Highly recommended!

Ruimte en rust. Goede bedden, dus heerlijk geslapen.

We loved our stay here. The host was very friendly. It's quiet with the horses, chickens and cats. Loved the beds and the blackberry plants. The host likes to talk. He gave us the tip to go to a cheese shop nearby because I love cheese.
The whole place feels hygge ;-)
It's not far from Himmelbjerget and Silkeborg where we went to. Too bad we only stayed two nights.
We are coming back sometime.
See you next time Herbert and Kirsten!
There is a 25 liter water tank, that was a surprise. But it's nothing bad if we shower fast or with time between people :-P
