Das Personal. Von der Abholung am Flughafen, dem einfachen und freundlichen Check-In bis hin zum Service im Frühstücks-Restaurant oder beim Nachmittags-Kaffee. Wir waren 7 Nächte vor Ort und in bester Erinnerung bleibt uns KEVIN. An 6 Tagen war KEVIN für den Frühstück Service verantwortlich und von 16:00-18:00Uhr fzden Nachmittags-Kaffee (sehr nett mit Kuchen, Salaten und kleinen Broten). KEVIN war nicht nur für den Service im Restaurant verantwortlich. Er hat sich um das gesamte Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste/Kunden gekümmert. Ob es Tipps für Ausflüge waren oder wie man die Apps in China sinnvoll nutzt. KEVIN war stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Sehr cool. Auch hat das Restaurant eine Dachterrasse mit einem 360Grad Blick über Peking. Sehr schön am Abend, auch für einen Absacker, da es sich um eine Rooftop-Bar handelt. Ebenfalls ist dort ein Pool, der war mir aber zu kalt.

Da gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir sind meistens per Didi gefahren, der ÖPNV (Metro) ist in so 7-9 Min zu erreichen, Busse so in 3-4 Min. Didi ist aber so günstig und funktioniert in der AliPay App ausgezeichnet gut, dass wir uns diesen Komfort gegönnt haben.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The staff were most helpful in organising transport to and from the airport along with day trips and excursions. Kevin in particular was super helpful with excellent recommendations for local sightseeing and restaurants, helping us sort out the local apps for payments and communications. Kevin and Emma even surprised our daughter with a cake and a food platter for her birthday! The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the major sights, and just a few minutes walk to the nearest subway station for the sights further away. ( the subway is super easy to use and navigate ) The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping. All finished in modern but traditional decor. A fantastic rooftop bar and terrace with exceptional views of the city. Finally, I can't praise the staff enough for their hospitality and professionalism. A standing greeting every morning evening. They even provided gifts for us and our children on departure. I would highly recommend this hotel and again a big thank you to all the staff for their hospitality.

Everything was above our expectations.

The beautiful, small, cozy hotel in one of the very historic Hutong area of Beijing downtown with all staff fully client-focusing. The hotel is located in a heart of rush and hectic Beijing while the environment inside and around the hotel is so quiet, relaxing, people less and absolutely safe. On the foot distance splendid Beihai Park, eccentric Wangfujing shopping street and historically extravagant Nanluoguxiang Hutong. Separately we would like to thank all staff of the hotel from the beginning to help us in sightseeing bookings, airport picking, accommodation, focusing on all our needs, including to our child, assisting in the arrangement for either food delivery or transportation, and eventually for memorable gifts for us and separately for our child at our checking-out. Idea of afternoon tea serving is so amazing, design of your future route from the hotel is better to make on roof of the hotel with 360-degree view of all corners of Beijing downtown, the waterfall in front of balcony of our room created so relaxing and calming atmosphere inside the room.

the bed is too flexy and soft for us

Breakfast and Dinner were good, the chiefs were very accommodating, the staff were very nice and flexible, which was nice. The room was good and fairly modern, But it claimed it is a 5 star hotel which in our opinion is not. The swimming poor picture was a bit misleading as it is only a paddling pool small only for a few kids, we were not sure it was clean enough to use it as it could be because it is an outside pool which is a bit challenging to keep it clean all the time. The location is convenient if you are looking for a place to stay but not picky about the swimming pool, it is a good place to stay. We were very happy about the staff service particularly! 5 star staff but 4 stars facility. Overall, it is recommendable. We like the food.
