The accommodation was fantastic! The apartment was spacious, clean, & modern. The lift had been repaired just a week before our arrival, which was great. Secure parking was very handy, though the sliding door that connects the car park to the building does need attention, the key wasn’t working properly, & the door came off its rail quite easily. The apartment itself could comfortably fit six people for an extra cost. The huge screen TV was a real bonus, & the kitchen facilities were excellent, just like being at home! It was fully stocked with gadgets, including a blender, teas, sugar, coffee, sauces in the fridge, cling wrap, kitchen & laundry detergents. Surprisingly a hair iron w/the usual hairdryer in the bathroom. Fresh white towels, beach towels, which made it feel extra clean & welcoming. The wardrobes were spacious, there were no mirrors in any of the two bedrooms, only the mirror in the bathroom. Maybe this is something that should be considered in future by the owners. There was a portable cabana in one of the wardrobes. Even friends that were staying at a resort come around & they asked for the details of the apartment, as they were interested in staying there in the future! The building itself isn’t very modern, but the apartment is beautifully updated, with big comfortable sofas, a six-seat dining table, & even a selection of board games available. Location was great too, just a three-minute drive to Kings Beach Surf Club, where we loved the food & cocktails (highly recommend the fish tacos, which come in a serve of four & are perfect for sharing). The beach is the same short distance by car, or around a 12–15 minute walk depending on your pace. Overall, it really felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

In terms of seaview, it can only be seen from the kitchen window or the small balcony from the distance! The balcony can fit a couple of chairs, maybe room for a small side table between the chairs to rest your coffe mug but won't fit anything else! Only for a couple of people, more than that it would be crowded. The only downsides were the intercom not working. We had to go downstairs to open the main door manually & the lack of proper curtains. There were none in both kitchen windows & small balcony sliding doors, which didn't give enough privacy, & the bedroom curtains didn’t block the early morning sunshine around 5:30am.
