Very friendly host downstairs, always available to answer our questions
The electricity power is a bit weak, can not turn on all electric appliances at the same time

The location was great. It was very close to a grocery store, bus stops to get into Venice, and a great pizza restaurant and gelato place! The host was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating and quick to respond to all messages! She also left us some bottled water, cookies, and a welcome note! I would definitely recommend staying here.
The kitchen and living room were a little small for the number of guests able to stay there.

Very cozy place, the host was very helpful and friendly and I strongly recommend Francesca's apartaments! It is located near 2 bus stations, so transfer to the centre of Venice is only 15 minutes.
