It is newer and the design is lovely. The downstairs "quarters" with separate TV and bunk rooms as well as the double fridges and washers work so well for a larger group. The deck and porch offer a very nice spot to enjoy the quiet marsh views. We had some golf cart issues (which just happens) and the representative was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience!

Well equipped kitchen, fantastic screened porch, huge dining table for our big group, comfy beds, brand new bathrooms. This house is comfortable, luxurious, and special. The property management company was professional, friendly, and helpful when we had an issue with a golf cart - resolved quickly and professionally.; This is the loveliest home I've stayed at on BHI - and I've stayed at a lot of different homes.

We loved the setting on the marsh and the house had everything we needed including a large kitchen. Everything is new and updated and there is plenty of space. Would love to have blackout curtains added in the bedrooms
