We had a good vacation and enjoyed the beach. Very nice spot on the coastline. Overall the condo was as advertised. However, the cleaning could be improved. We essentially found the dishes dirty and had to wash all of them before we could use them. Also had 2 days of hammering and work noises from the condo above us. Some reconditioning going on during the day.

Beautiful view nice room. It could use a REALLY GOOD CLEANING. I'm sorry to complain but after paying a cleaning fee of a couple of hundred dollars I expected alot cleaner room. Cob webs and dust everywhere. Your policy for leaving the room as clean as it was when we arrived really is BS. I mean if you're making me pay a cleaning fee DONT ASK ME TO DO THE JOB MYSELF.

Our vacation plans changed last minute because we had to attend a funeral. The owners were very accommodating and were able to get us set up at their condo in less than 24 hours. The condo was great! The only major hiccup we had was that bc we had a funeral we had to attend that morning we got on the road late and had what should have been a 10 hour drive become close to a 15 hour drive and when we finally arrived our code to the condo did not work. The number I had was not for emergencies and although I called and called and called, texted and texted and texted at 1 am my husband, myself and 3 teenage kids had to sleep in the car. The management company did apologize and issued a refund. I would suggest having an emergency line that has a live person answer 24 hours a day for emergencies like all the other owners do in the Phoenix properties. My only other issue was the master sink faucet handle was broken and needs to be replaced otherwise we had a great time. We would definitely stay again!

Over all the condo was very nice. Looks just like the pictures. Inside pool was nice the hot tub was small but worked well and very warm. The only issue was the fitness center and sauna were locked, during the day that's not a problem you get the key from the front desk. But after 5 there is no one at the desk. I would recommend this unit.

This unit was clean well stocked with essential items and has a fantastic view. The condo and the rental company were great. I wasn't thrilled that I had to pay another $55 for 1 parking pass but I understand that is not the condo owners fault. The beach was clean and not too crowded. The pool was also well maintained.

Wonderful condo with a great view. Everything was clean upon arrival and it was very spacious. We enjoy watching dolphins while enjoying our meals from the balcony. Working with the property manager was super easy and they made check in and check out a breeze. Would highly recommend this unit!

When we arrived the condo was pictured exactly how posted and described by the owners, it was very clean and nice, and had everything we needed for our stay. Of course you will have to go buy toiletries, washing powder, paper towels, food and spices to cook with but everything was nice. The biggest plus was having the beach view while sitting on the balcony watching the sun set! Thank you for the reasonable price it was definitely worth every penny. Me and my family plan on booking again for our next getaway.

Not enough supplies kept there. We had to buy everything and then take it with us when we left. The floor was not cleaned well and the master shower wasn’t either.

We Love staying in the Orange Beach area. GR8 Food & Music, Beautiful Beaches, Gorgeous Golf Courses, much to do! The Simpson Properties Group management company are very accommodating and hospitable. We are always satisfied renting from them. This unit was well equipped however it is "dated" and needing some TLC. We enjoyed ourselves greatly and hope the new owners will continue to make fresh new changes! We would definitely return! Everything was perfect! Great view, great location, lovely condo. The only problem we had was ALOT of the electrical outlets didn't work. Master bathroom had no working outlets.

One of the best condos I have ever stayed in. This place was extremely nice with a great view of the beach and ocean. The condo is extremely clean and HUGE. We had 8 of us staying in condo and had plenty of room. Condo is right on beach and a mile from Walmart. Maybe 5 miles down the road from hangout and other main attractions. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and plan to use this same condo next year if all possible. The rate was reasonable especially for the size as well.

Phoenix VIII Unit 1203 is the best!!! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen!! We have 10 people with us and it is very roomy!!! The Simpson Property Group is so awesome to work with! With COVID-19 going on, we felt very safe in the lobby, on the elevators and around the pools. We wore our masks all around and down the boardwalk, then we felt very safe on the beach with the social distancing! It was just a great vacation and we’re already planning next year’s trip!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the P8-1203 condo. The condo is set up well for 2 families and very spacious. It’s right off the elevator. When asked about the exercise room at check in, I was given a key because it doesn’t open till later in the morning. The sitting area downstairs is always neat and tidy. All the pool areas are kept very clean.
