This was a new property in great shape and an easy walk to the beach. However, we did have to purchase a saucepan, as all of the nonstick pans were scratched up and unsafe to use. Also, the laundry closet was not well designed - the sliding doors meant that you could access either the washer or the dryer, but not both at the same time, which made moving wet clothes over to the dryer an awkward challenge. The setup also meant that the dryer door only opened about 45 degrees, which was a challenge to maneuver. The house did have a good setup for the bedrooms and baths, and the outdoor shower was handy post-beach visits.

The location was perfect and made everything convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Lots of rooms/space for our large group. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the elevator was useful for my 81 year old dad who struggles on stairs. The outdoor shower was great for washing off after the beach. Only complaint was that the garbage disposal didn't work when we arrived. There is a sneaky button on the bottom that reset it, but it took a plumber coming over the next day to figure this out. Not sure how often this would happen, but a note might help the next guest self-diagnose the problem.

Had to sweep the whole house and mop it again, all 3 floors. The shower head on the 2nd floor kitchen level hardly had any water pressure at all. We had to use one of the other showers. But just letting you know so that you can get it fixed or get a new one. Other than that, great place to stay.
