Wonderful home and lots of room for all us to stay and have our space.

We were in town for a personal visit but were able to enjoy family time together! Perfect home and close to plenty of fun and food! The pool was extremely clean along with the entire home.

The property was consistent as advertised and very comfortable for our group. The only issue noted was that one lamp in the living room didn't have a switch (missing) and the overhead living room light with fan (couldn't get the light to work .... maybe bulbs burned out ???). The outdoor garbage receptacle was almost full when we arrived, but someone came on Friday to empty before that became an issue.

We stayed at this property while transitioning through an out-of-state move, so having a comfortable place to relax was important. We are a family of 5. Unfortunately, the home did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of privacy. There were no blinds on the front-facing windows, and the blinds in the upstairs primary bedroom only covered about half of the window, making it difficult to feel comfortable. The outdoor space was also disappointing. The lawn and pool were not well maintained. The pool is very small, the plaster is peeling, and it appears to be in need of significant repairs. Inside, the downstairs sofa was in such poor condition that it was essentially unusable, it was lumpy and dirty, forcing everyone to gather in the upstairs living area instead. We were there for long term, and the washer would get off balance every other wash. So, after spending 30,000 to stay there, I spent 100/wk at the washateria. The listing advertises accommodations for up to 18 guests, but I would only recommend it for a group that plans to go to bed early. With the layout and lack of separation between sleeping areas, there is very little privacy and noise travels easily throughout the home, and you will get noise complaint if loud outside, even before 9pm.Overall, the property has potential, communication with host is great, but it needs better maintenance, updated furnishings, and improved window coverings before I could recommend it to others.
