Affordable, nice staff, easy check in, pet friendly
The window unit ac left a huge gap in the window and let in a lot of the road noise.
Weird bathroom set up. Tiniest sink in the world (which is fine) and a little shelf right above it made it very difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth.

Wish entrance sign was lit up a little more at night almost missed it a couple times. If your a bigger person the toilet was a little claustrophobic kitty cornered between sink shower and wall

We loved the ease of check-in/out. The proximity to Kennebunk. The cleanliness, large room size, and easy parking right out front the door. We were there in December (it snowed!) but the heater kept us nice and warm. We’ll definitely be back.
Bigger closet and more blankets would be nice.

Location was great - convenient to many restaurants and attractions. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The grounds were a bit unkept as far as needing mowing and the pool was much smaller than it appeared.
