This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Everything about it is so good. Great location, close to the train station, very clean, kitchen is very well stocked with utensils etc, very responsive owners. The huge balcony is a real plus looking straight out to sea. We've stayed in Carvajal on many occasions and this is definitely the best.

Not a problem for us but the property is located on a steep hill. That said there are plenty of taxis around.

The apartment was lovely had everything that you'd need. Great location to all your amenities.

Building working the area.

It was so beautifully decorated and furnished and catered for our every need. The view was spectacular and the pool area so quiet and felt very luxurious.

Nothing about the property but be aware it’s on quite a steep hill.

The apartment itself is beautiful overall, and the response time during our stay was generally good — for example, the baby cot was replaced quickly when needed. Furthermore awesome Location

However, we were disappointed by how the cockroach issue was handled. We were travelling with a child and found a live cockroach on the floor in the master bathroom. While we understand that insects can occur in southern Spain, this is still not something we would expect in a property advertised as luxury and priced accordingly. What disappointed us most was the handling afterwards. When we raised the issue locally, we were told that this should not happen and that an appropriate compensation would be arranged. After our departure, however, we were offered EUR 50 as a maximum and described as a symbolic gesture. Given that the total stay cost EUR 1,600, this did not feel adequate for the discomfort caused. Overall, the apartment is nice, but in our view the issue and especially the follow-up did not match the standard we would expect from a luxury property.
