APB高円寺

It was really close to koenji station and its close to lots of food places and thrift stores so we would say it was a good choice. The television was awesome thank you random filipino guys account no ads. It was also fairly clean

We could hear what nearby people were saying or doing, some noises here and there and some construction work was happening outside our bedside window

It is in the quiet area and the price was better than other listings at the time... It was in the residential area and it makes you feel like you are local and that was cool. The station is not too far (nice walk). We had big suitcases so we requested the bottom floor and they gave it to us.

It was a pretty tight space. If you are two people with big suitcases, it is quite difficult.The cushions smelled bad.....

Nice location in koenji, close to street with restaurants and convenience stores as vintage streets. Bed was comfortable.

Very tiny and therefore a little less comfortable to stay for multiple nights. The light of the doorbell camera is blinking all the time so if you’re sensitive to that during sleeping it’s quite annoying. It was our first stay in Japan and so we didn’t know you had to turn on the heating system for hot water in the shower. There’s no explanation in the room on how this works so we had an ice cold shower when we arrived at midnight 😅 2 people for 1 max 2 nights it’s ok but wouldn’t stay longer as it’s so tiny.

The location, the cleanliness, it did have some kitchen appliances and the washingmachine was impressive fitted in the tiny apartment

We had to buy our own pillows because they were really bad, there were rats everywhere around the building, not in the room though, but they can acces the trash so that’s bad. The service was overall just bad, we didn’t had any one to welcome us or check out, so felt very impersonal. We stayed 6 nights and asked if we could get at least one time the apartment cleaned which would cost us quite a lot, 7000 yen, any other place would have cleaning after three days of staying, especially if you don’t have any cleaning equipment in there, not even a broom or mop or so. Also we had to pay for a new set of towels, so overall quite strange if you stay there for 6 nights. They do reply quickly, but other than that not with answers you hoped for.
