A very spacious nice apartment with several rooms (there were two of us, so we only used two). The neighborhood is good , not right in the center, but the bus stop is nearby, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there is also a washing machine, iron etc.. which was very helpful. The air conditioning works very well, and there are blinds on the windows, which is very convenient. A huge plus was the contactless check-in, everything went smoothly and hassle-free. We also loved that the apartment is on a higher floor and has a balcony. And a special thanks for having Netflix a great bonus for the evenings!

The soundproofing was very poor. We could hear literally everything: someone was speaking quietly behind the bedroom wall, but it felt like they were talking right into my ear. Around 2 AM, someone upstairs was walking in high heels for a long time and didn't react when I knocked on the wall.The bed was another major issue. With the slightest turn or movement, the mattress would shake, and the bed frame would bang against the wall. We tried moving it away from the wall, but it didn't fix the shaking, so I ended up having to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Also, upon arrival, there were a lot of stray hairs in the bathroom, which was unpleasant.To be fair, the price for this apartment is very good.

Apartamento muito confortável e proprietária super simpática e disponivel.

Es un apartamento que está cuidado y muy acogedor con todos los detalles necesarios para hacer muy agradable la estancia en Sevilla. Estaba limpio, las camas eran cómodas, tiene buena conexión a internet y no hemos echado de menos ningún elemento (había de todo, hasta papel de horno por si alguien se anima a usarlo). Está en una calle tranquila y con el centro de la ciudad accesible en 20 minutos en autobús si no apetece andar. Supermercado a 100 metros y si no apetece preparar desayunos, al lado del portal está Casa Carri con unos desayunos espectaculares y una atención todavía mejor.

El ascensor es pequeño (por lo menos hay 2, uno para los pisos pares y otro para los impares) y había un olor desagradable, como a cañería (sólo se nota en el portal).

Locatie is goed.
