The house is beautiful and has everything you need for the perfect holiday. It was very clean and comfortable. We spent every evening at the outside area talking, relaxing on the hammock and listening to music. We also made ourselves barbecue. The location is very convenient and calm. The beach and tavern are 7 min away walking distance , the centre is 10 min away and there is Masoutis in Platamonas (you should definitely visit) 20 min by car. The owner is very kind and always helped with everything we needed. He even gave us a bottle of champagne as a gift.

The housekeeper came across as a bit intrusive and, at least initially, not particularly welcoming. That said, all of our requests were ultimately accommodated. For example, we had an additional child with us, and the housekeeper initially made it seem like a major issue, saying, "This is a problem—you didn't tell us in advance." However, after a brief phone call with the landlord, the matter was resolved quickly and without any difficulty. A similar situation occurred when I charged our electric car using a standard power outlet. The housekeeper again reacted as though it was a serious problem, questioning why I had done it. Fortunately, after discussing it with the landlord, we reached an understanding. Overall, while the housekeeper's initial attitude could have been more welcoming and solution-oriented, the landlord was responsive and reasonable, and we were able to resolve everything amicably.

Very nice and clean property. Around 7 minutes away from the beach. Very quiet. The water from the showers wasn’t draining very well. It is very important to clean yourself when coming from the beach, to not have sand on your feet and you won’t have issues with the draining either.

The mattreses were soft. We did slept well, but it would have been nice to have been a bit harder.

The house is new, modern, spacious, comfortable and excellently furnished and equipped. We had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Our visit was in March, with the weather still chilly at times, but we had no issues warming up the house, keeping a pleasant temperature inside and having hot water all the time. We loved the location and the area. The house is at the seaside between the Olympus and Ossa mountains and if you are avid explorers like us, it is a great starting point for excursions, sightseeing and hiking. A car is a must. Further, if you visit outside the tourist season, planning groceries and food is required, as many places still don't operate and you need to go to adjacent settlements (such as Platanus) for shopping or eating. We had a pleasant contact with our host. Overall - we enjoyed our visit very much and the house is great value for money.
