WoodSpring Suites Huntsville - Research Park

First impressions stick and this one was great. The smell of the lobby when we walked in was pleasant and it was clean. The staff was always friendly. The room was clean. The amenities were all up to date.

The stove tops are kind of small, but doable. The hallway carpets and floors were not very clean and stayed that way for the entire stay which was a little over a month. However, someone did mop the third floor elevator entryway a couple of days before we left. The cold water pressure in the bathroom. One room they were going to move us to had a plug coming out of the wall.

The friendliness of the staff. The lobby was very clean and so were the rooms. We stayed in 3 different rooms and they were all nicely kept, clean, and up to date.

Some of the guests were very noisy. They had no respect for people who were staying beneath or beside them. This is not the hotel’s fault and when I complained to the manager about one particular incident, she witnessed it for herself and moved them immediately. We didn’t have to drive far for anything because everything we needed from food, to household items, was literally on one strip. The manager was always so pleasant. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, clean, welcoming, pleasant environment.

Clean property and great location

No cookware

Did not do breakfast. The location was good.

Being charged for linen change that did not occur. I only spent one night in hotel with no additional service. I was told that this charge was automatically added and would be removed at my request. I was still charged for the service.
