Nice cozy little apartment, well equipped, clean, host was friendly. Location is close to beach and old town of Nice.
You have to collect the keys directly from
host, no automated keybox. Host was responsive and available to give the keys at the requested time, so it turned out perfectly fine but a automated keybox is always easier.

The Apartment is great and has got all you need. The space has a good size sofa too. It has got central AC which is great during the hot periods. The location is great and you are staying between the tram station and the train station which was convenient especially when travelling to near buy towns and cities. The Host was very friendly and provided some extra information to help with our stay since it was our first time in Nice
Unfortunately the bed was a little uncomfortable and if you are a tall person your feet will be hanging out the bed. If you like big pillows this wont be good for you as the pillows were paper thin.
