The loft bed was not easy to access nor could an adult stand. Otherwise it was comfortable and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall and the location was definitely the highlight. The home is in a charming mountain town with beautiful views and is conveniently located near Garden of the Gods and several great hiking trails. The listing accurately reflects the layout and interior, and the kitchen was well stocked. We also appreciated the large dining table that comfortably fit our family for meals together.There were a few areas that could be improved. The home could have been cleaner upon arrival—we found food wrappers and old socks inside the pull-out couches and there was quite a bit of dust, likely because the windows need to stay open for ventilation since there is no A/C. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels during our stay and ended up purchasing more ourselves.The listing says the home sleeps 12, but we'd recommend it for 6–8 people for a more comfortable experience. There are four standard beds, while the remaining sleeping spaces are full-size pull-out sofas rather than true queen beds. The pillows and linens are also showing their age and could benefit from being refreshed.One safety item we'd encourage the owners to address is the stairwell window. Because the windows need to remain open for airflow, this one extends into the staircase, and several people in our group hit their heads on it. Overall, this is a good property in a fantastic location, and with a few updates and improvements, it could be an excellent place to stay. Thanks for having us!

Great stay! Stayed here with family for a wedding - 9 adults and a dog - it was perfect. Sitting out on the patio, drinking coffee and eating breakfast every morning was relaxing. House was very clean and well maintained - and the coffee bar was an added bonus. The hot tub provided some relaxation after a busy day of rehearsal and dinner. Location is tricky to get to at night, but during the day, the drive in and out is amazing. The bedroom with double and twin beds, is actually a double with trundle bed (we had to search for the twin). Very dog friendly place to stay. Great communication from the Host from start to finish - never left anything unanswered. Would highly recommend this place.

Place was great. Good location. Watching sunrises over the mountain from the dining room or the deck was my favorite.
