Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great property for our family vacation of 8 adults and one 5 year old. There were so many outdoor activities available on the grounds we did not need to leave the property except to sightsee, shop and eat wonderful seafood. The two primary bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. They were very roomy and comfortable with lots of closet and storage sapce. The third bath was shared between the other two bedrooms. The only suggestion I can make regarding this property is there is not enough comfortable seating in the living area when the family wanted to be together to share a movie or just hang out. There is a sectional with 6 seats, which leaves everyone else sitting on kitchen chairs. The Rehoboth boardwalk and beach were only a short drive away and are so many stores and restaurants close by. Dewey Beach was also not far. Finally, there are not enough great things I can say about Hunter, our realty company contact. He made everything so easy and was always available to answer any questions before we arrived.

The amenities and location of this rental were amazing! My kids really enjoyed all of the activities they had on site!
