Excellent location with oceanfront views of sunrise and moon rise, and bay front sunset view. Unit is very clean, remodeled, comes stocked with all your needs, and the pretty beach themed decor is a plus. Highly impressed with the amenities of Golden Sands, the open deck area is excellent, providing all-inclusive resort feel with tiki bar, outdoor games, entertainment, pool, etc. this was a plus for the family, the availability of multiple options for folks to do, everyone was happy. This was by far our best stay at Ocean City in the many years we’ve been coming.

Easy check in. Assigned parking was definitely a plus. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great stay. We will book this one again I’m sure.

Great stay, nicely decorated, gorgeous view! Would definitely book again.

When we walked in, we automatically said how much we loved the property. We started unpacking and noticed sand throughout the hallway, living room and kitchen so I swept the floor. Needless to say I got a good amount of dirt up that should have been basic cleaning done by the cleaner that is paid to do it. I sent pictures to the owner and he said he was sorry and would talk to his cleaner. Ok I guess although offering to send your cleaner back would have been a better response in my opinion. Then I go to give my kids a bath the day after our arrival and the water gets cold after maybe 3 minutes and the water would not go down the drain. I mentioned both to the owner and asked who was responsible for the water heater as I’d like to know if it was a condo issue or just this unit for rebooking purposes. He did get someone out to check the drain but no response on the water heater so I asked again. Absolutely no response back. I’ve had minor issues at other places I’ve stayed and the owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with. This owner in particular, I didn’t feel great with his responses. The other issue I noticed but didn’t bring up because it wasn’t that serious was the screen door was horrible. I could barely even get it open and closed. The updates were great. If the owner made me feel more comfortable about brining up my minor issues, I probably would have stayed again. Kindness and being responsive goes a long way..
