The location is great and apartment is OK. But the apartment needs upgrading and maintained better. We had to get a Plummer to fix a drainage and TV never worked luckily, I do not watch TV on vacation. Entrance lights did not work till after one-week other tenants complained. It was so dark barely not to fall on staircase. Also, your online chat staff were not very helpful, luckily, I had contact with the owner who used to send somebody to fix something when I needed. Your guys are not very cooperative as they keep saying we cannot touch this apartment! Then tell us who will? As I said luckily I have a very cooperative owner and nice guy. (I am assuming he is the owner as he looked extremely helpful and friendly unlike your online guys.) And you never answer your phone, nor listen to your voice mails nor nor reading our emails. But in all in all it is ok as a short term rental.
