Hyatt Place Haridwar

To be honest, wherever I have stayed before, the food was never even average....but this time, I was surprised...we ate lunch on arrival thinking it would be below average as happens with other places (and we travel a lot).... but the mix veg we had was exceptional...the best part of lunch was kid's menu... it's my son's favorite...and ur serving staff was amazing...so much that I still remember Sandhiya's name...then at breakfast ur chef (I didn't get to check his name...plz give my thanks) specifically offered to make waffles for my kid, which were really delicious...and Varsha, arranged my favorite instant coffee when My hubby told her latte is something that I don't prefer... in staff, no one can beat Anshika's warm welcome and playful nature with my kid...really helping us with things like water bottle for travel time...taking charge of things like room service n all.... I never got to meet Abhishek, but thanks to him...we recovered the bag we forgot at the reception....which had all our docs n work laptop.... the staff member whose name again I didn't get to know....helped me a lot with my kid's eating habits...arranging meals from kid's menu, guiding us with odd time meals.... Hyatt is truly exceptional at hospitality!!! Will recommend to all our contacts!!! Thanks for making my son's first trip amazing, with ur warm n courteous behavior, game room, food requests and offering help not bcoz u were obligated but u really wanted to!!

That's actually a tough one... I think it's the room service...we had trouble getting the room cleaned after a spillage issue... but not a biggie...since ur reception staff handled it well...

The rooms are nice and spacious

The location… to get to the main Har Ki Pawri it’s a 30 minutes drive and one has to take the car from the hotel and they are ridiculously expensive. If I take in account the stay cost and vehicle cost I would stay at a five star property and probably pay less

Breakfast was good.

Location isn't good as the hotel is located next to a toll plaza.

ok room. the chef and restaurant staffs so lovely and really helpful.

one young male front officer is an awful communicator. ge gave wrong information of our room but insisted that he didnt make mistake. not polite at all.he even laugh at our question. not a thing we expected at Hyatt level. Please teach him how to communicate so other guess dont feel sad and disapointed, like i do but for staf and chef restaurant is good and friendly
