We are group of 6 people and we didn’t meet the staff at all during our stay, but everything was clearly explained through messages before arrival, which was very convenient for us. We were also able to check in online easily. The place is more like a semi-apartment, and it was clean and offered good value, especially if you’re traveling with friends or family.
If you’re coming by car, please note that you’ll need to find a parking lot close to the hotel. Other than that, there’s not much else to mention.

The central location made it an easy walk to many dinner options as well as the castle (and transportation). It was great to be able to have our whole family in one room.
The check-in system was laborious and glitchy. Our toilet also broke on first use. Luckily we tracked down a number but had to move rooms since no one was available to come and fix the issue. Overall the rooms felt a bit depressing.

"Super zentrale Lage, ruhig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Hotel ohne Personal.
