Eli Rina Hotel

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Good location if you’re wanting away from noise at night, around a 15-20 minute walk to the old quarter. There are also lots of nice food spots and cafes in the area. Staff were very kind and helpful.

For how luxurious the rooms were I felt that the bathroom could have been nicer and cleaner.

Lovely fancy hotel, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Tom was great and helped us with our bags. Beautiful rooms, very clean. Great value for money.

One of toilets did get blocked and it couldn’t be fixed untill the next morning but there’s a toilet in the lobby so it was okay.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, have windows, and are very clean. The location is great, with many local restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy authentic food. The service was also very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I will happily come back again on my next visit to Hanoi.
