Excellent location, huge apartment, all the amenities you need.
Window shutters close fully so you can sleep in darkness after sunrise.
Only one flight up, so no issues with luggage.
Very responsive host.
Washer and dryer in unit were clutch.
A/C worked great!
Coffee grinder had a weird plug that didn’t work anywhere so we couldn’t use it.
Would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner provided.

Excellent quiet location. Beautifully apartment, well furnished, lots of room. Kitchen very well stocked. Very relaxing atmosphere. Next time we visit Venice we will stay here again.
We absolutely loved everything about this property.

Great apartment on a canal side location in a quiet part of the city. Great facilities and a super large space, extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. Great views.
Had to convince the water taxi driver to drop us off directly in front of the apartment. It took some convincing, but it is the right decision, the luggage and yourself do not have to walk through the city.

Great location, beautiful furniture, amazing to have all en suite bathrooms.
No basic amenities for at least the first night - fon e.g., coffee for the first night, laundry detergent, shampoo/ conditioner. These are basic things every apartment I’ve ever booked has.
