I confirmed in March that I could do early arrival on check in date. Southern Vacation Rentals advised that I did not have early check the day before my arrival nor did they try to accommodate it. This is not the first time that I had this same issue with Southern Vacation Rentals. They tell you that they will let you know if your unit is available earlier but never do even if the unit was not rented before your stay. Again confirmed prior stays with the actual owners who did not understand why early check in would not have been available so Southern Vacation Rentals just gives customers a line of bs to pacify you. Had I known when I booked through Booking.com that it was actually Southern Vacation Rentals I would have stayed clear of this property.

The actual property was good and San Souci 501 was a lovely unit. It's too bad that Southern Vacation Rentals is such a bad service. Don't count on any help, or service from this group. Hopefully the owner's of this rental will in the future go with another agency to manage their property.
