Great. Despite issues with the actual location and room reserved, the owner was so proactive with communicating this to me, organising accommodation two doors down and kindly provided the same facilities that I would have had for the room booked. This sort of communication and care is so rare nowadays, so would definitely recommend, besides the accomodation, the care and service from the owner is alone worth staying for

It has all the gadgets from induction cooker to washing machine, air purifier...in good condition
Only negative point was it has too much mosquitoes probably coming from the adjacent flat which is temporary partitioned

The caretaker was very nice
Breakfast! -- when one sees that breakfast comes with the room, no one, no where, realizes that raw materials will be given (bread, butter, egg) and you need to prepare your own breakfast. This is false information.
**There were multiple wasps (and I mean wasps) in the room. Luckily, there was an electric fly swatter and we could kill two of these. It was scary for the family.
