The location is very good for calm and relaxing holidays: away from the town’s centre, though still within a walkable distance, very close to the beach. It is very convenient for the company of four.

The whole property is very modern and freshly decorated, and all rooms fitted with air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and having a washing machine plus washing powder in the bathroom was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable and living has a smart TV. I would definitely stay here again. Only 5 min walk to the beach, and the location is quiet, however you can reach the centre of Sventoji in 20 mins on foot.
Not a major flaw, however, no privacy at all if you are using outdoor seating area - you will be facing the neighbours directly who are literally a stone throw away.
