The Villa it self is amazing, perfect for a group of 8-10 people. The host (Andrea) contacted me on Whatsapp and was easy to reach for any questions prior to our visit. Nicolas (the contact in Zebbugg) came to welcome us at the villa and was also easy to reach on Whatsapp during our stay. The multiples common areas are nice, the pool was perfect for the hot days. There's air conditioning everywhere, so the Villa was very comfortable during our stay. Very close to the UNO nightclub and a short drive to Valletta!

No major downside to this amazing Villa. Only some minor 'home rental' issues : There's some water infiltration happening on the dining room wall, which peels some paint from the wall and adds a 'damp' smell in the dining room and kitchen area. Some shower heads needs to be replaced or unblock for the perfect experience. Some showers drainage were a little slow, with water accumulating in the bottom during every shower. The master bedroom doesn't have a standing shower, only a little hand shower, making it impossible to take a shower in that room without spraying water everywhere! Also, the hot water stopped working in that room during our stay. There are so many other showers in the villa, that this wasn't a real problem. The dryer is a very weak machine and doesn't dry adequately, even after 2 cycles of 40-60 minutes.

Nice peaceful place near to ta qali concert area soo perfect if you going for a festival

It suited the groups needs and the hosts were very helpful!

The bed mattress was comfortable, and the water in the pool was clean.

We couldn't get into the accommodation right away because the code we were given didn't work. On the first day, the air conditioner on the ground floor started leaking water. Additionally, there were cigarette butts in the dresser, and the place wasn't very clean. There should have been spare towels available so that if you put the used ones in the wash, you’d have fresh ones to use. Also, the stairs get wet when it rains, yet there are no warning signs about it. Finally, the Booking.com photos showed a pull-out sofa in the room, but in reality, it was located in the hallway on the second floor.
