Hotel Traveltine Kyoto Kiyamachi

Top tier, everything was excellent especially the customer service, and location

Loved everything about this hotel

An excellent option if you're going to stay in Kyoto for a few days. There is complimentary breakfast. The room was bigger than average, as was the bathroom, and they have washing machines. The staff was superb.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced such warm and welcoming hospitality at a hotel reception. A special thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, within walking distance of many of Kyoto’s cultural attractions. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return to this hotel on our next visit to Kyoto. Highly recommended!

Cannot say anything bad about this place, we just loved it!

Property was beautiful and we had a corner room with lovely windows. The staff were incredible and had our room ready and hour early allowing us to check in. Room was very comfortable and they also have ability to do laundry on site. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend hiring the LUUP e- bikes available just outside and travelling that way, it was very convenient and enjoyable.

The room service is more of a touch up rather than full room service, apparently you can ask for a sheet change but given we were there three nights, we didn’t bother.
