Room was very clean and good size. Bed was very comfortable. Location was away from centre but within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, train station and Herculaneum. Also easy access to Vesuvius Express and Amalfi/Positano boat tours.

The building was beautiful and the rooms very clean. The surrounding area at first glance seems a bit rough but it’s quiet at night, and central to Ercolano centre, and the station by day. There’s a lovely bakery on the square that we highly recommend. The management are lovely and we locked ourself out of the room after hours and they helped straight away.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The host was absolutely wonderful. She personally waited for us when we arrived and was incredibly friendly, informative and relaxed. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, very clean and nicely renovated. The housekeeping ladies were also very kind and helpful. Having a private parking space was another huge plus.
Very little. There was a festival nearby during our stay and, because the property is located on a busy street, there was some noise. However, this was obviously beyond the property’s control and didn’t change our very positive experience.
