Location was great - at Ancoats a chill, newly developed site with excellent access to resturants and within walking distance to town centre Apartment was nice, with almost everything - apart from a dish washer!

Would be even better with a dish washer Whilst no fault of the management, pigeons were nested at the airduct directly above the car park space, with an enormous amount of droppings into the car - very difficult to clean up and not hygenice with the possibility of Avid Flu

The size of the sore ever and location

Very spacious flat suitable for 4-5 people, even though we booked for only 3 people. Heating for water and the flat worked perfectly. All stove, washing machines and fridge worked well too. Around 15 minutes walk to Manchester Picadilly station. Nearby there is an ALDI, Co-op and Morrisons too.

Initially quite confusing to get the keys, but other than that everything else was excellent.

1. Provided parking - very convenient. 2. Kitchen facilities were good. 3. Laundry facilities was very good.

1. The lockbox was placed in the worst location. If we had arrived at night in middle of the cold rainy weather, it would have been more miserable. We were struggling with the lockbox which was placed so low at the gate of a building. A passerby may think we were trying to break into the premises. 2. The cupboards in the rooms were occupied. Host should not dump their supplies in there. We didn't have any space at all to keep our clothes, and the rooms are too small to have our luggages open all the time. 3. That the living room had only small high windows (except for one near the dining area). Felt a little claustrophobic.
