The apartment is in an historic building, right next to Santa Croce yet remarkably quiet given our location. The property was clean and ample towels were provided. A fantastic base to explore the city from.

The communication was fairly hit and miss, sometimes we got a reply very quickly, other times I was having to repeat information I had already provided. It took several emails to agree a meeting time, the time we were offered (one hour after our plane landed) was unachievable and it was quite stressful waiting for a reply to our request for a different time as we were travelling by then. I was asked to pay City Tax for a one year old toddler yet children are exempt. It was not clear that the second bedroom is not secure as it has a separate entrance next to the main apartment, see photo. It was not possible to lock the bedroom from the inside yet the stairwell was shared with the property downstairs. I would have felt more comfortable if there was a bolt on the inside. As others have mentioned, 4 keys are required to access the property and only one set was provided. Given that whoever sleeps in the second bedroom needs a set to be able to access (the bathroom) in the main apartment, a second set would have been helpful. The second bedroom is small and an irregular shape. The bed had no bed-board so the pillows would fall off during the night. The apartment is quite sparsely equipped. There was no corkscrew/bottle opener even though wine glasses were provided. The listing stated that a dishwasher was provided but there wasn't. The plug in the sink did not seal and no washing up bowl was provided so it was very tricky to wash up.

Location was great the air conditioning worked great.

One room wasn’t behind the main doors the only room that had a tv was a sofa bed the coffee maker didn’t have pods that fit the pillows were too flat.

Nous avions vu dans le descriptif la présence d’un lave-vaisselle qui n’était finalement pas présent. Les explications fournies n’ont pas été satisfaisantes.

Comfy beds. Not too hard. Slept well. Host was very pleasant. He met us and brought us into the apartment. Quiet area.

TV did not work. Bedside lamp didn't work. Ran out of toilet paper during the night. No extra in the apartment.
