The property has great potential, but if not improved it's not worth staying there. I got fast answers to my questions, but not necessarily resolution.

To start I booked my stay for check-in on Saturday and I was told I could only check-in at 4pm, which was very inconvenient since I arrived in the morning with my 70+ mother and a child. I then had to pay an extra night to be able to check-in earlier. for that extra night I was charged an abused amount that the manager couldn't tell exactly what I was paying for. then there was the issue with the cleaning. it was very dirty, dusty. in the chairs in the lounge room my mom sat on it and it was full of dust mites she is still itchy from it and I found a bed bug in the bed. I sent a photo told them about it and they just apologized but still charged for the cleaning fee and nothing else was done. I suggested them to close the property do a deep clean in the apartment in order to welcome new guests because in the current condition is unacceptable. Lesson learned better pay more and stay at a hotel.
