We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s been perfect both times! It’s our go-to Innsbrook chalet when there are 4 of us. The accommodations are very nice and comfortable for two couples, and we love the large dining room table for our board game marathons.

Beautiful location and house. Will definitely rent again. Just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

Lovely time!

If you are going to be staying indoors for a snowy, cold Christmas then you should do it at Rachel's chalet. The snow and dear in the yard with the warm fire and a lovely Christmas tree made this an amazing experience.

We spent New Years Eve at the chalet. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Comfortably furnished with plenty of room. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Great view of the lake. Rachel was very attentive.

The little touches made this property stand out from other stays. Very comfortable beds, nice amenities, kitchen had everything we needed, and the communication was outstanding. Would recommend!

Incredible communication! Very clean home with fully stocked kitchen and plenty of clean linens and blankets. We will rent again in the future as well as recommend to friends!

Great cozy cabin in the woods

The home was lovely - those views from the living room are even more beautiful in person! Very peaceful setting with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Just one word of warning depending on the time of year you visit - in June there are ticks everywhere. This is obviously nothing the host can control but being city dwellers we weren't quite prepared for this and the bug spray we had didn't keep them off of us. We kept our dog indoors 99% of the time but even after short potty breaks we had to remove several from hia coat. We each found ticks on ourselves during our stay - that would be the only recommended improvement for this rental. Having bug spray with Deet available for guests and adding a few notes to the welcome manual on what to do if you find a tick on you. (How to remove, dispose of properly, etc) Other than that - everything was as expected. Easy check-in, comfy beds, well stocked kichen, and beautiful location.

Our stay was great! Area was beautiful! House was well decorated, warm and cozy! Loved the outside area as well! Rachel was great at responding. The only minor minor negative was for 9 of us sleeping was a little tight but definitely did not impact our visit. Would highly recommend! Thanks Rachel!!!

Great place for a calm and quiet weekend

Great place to stay and enjoy an escape from the busy city. We had a great weekend of golf , food and friends. Enjoyed watching all the deer and turkeys. Our rental was very well stocked with just about everything we needed so it really made it easy to enjoy. Excellent venue with no hassle. Thanks

Enjoyed the solitude of basically being by ourselves, while at the Chalet. We also enjoyed the community pool and kayaking one day. Host was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Looking forward to going back..

This property was a great vacation for me and all my friends. There was plenty to do around and on the property itself! Lots of fun with plenty of space, great for anyone looking for a great get away!

The cabin houses our two families comfortably. The accommodations were perfect and owners very responsive. 10 people and no complaints is a pretty good reason for 5 stars from us. Very comfortable beds, very clean, nice fireplace and deck, we were able to grill one night, and cooked the other two with everything we needed at our fingertips. The decor and furnishings made it feel cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed playing lots of cars games, utilized the kayaks one day, got some pool time (very nice/good size) and the pickleball courts were super-fantastic! We would have liked to hike more but the floods and rain the week were there kind aput a damper on that option. Thank you for sharing your retreat with us!

This place was great! The chalet was absolutely perfect. Super clean, stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of room. Rachel was also wonderful to work with. She is very responsive and accommodating. As far as the community, we had never been to Innsbrook and we absolutely loved it! Ton of lakes and things to do. The onsite cafe and restaurant were great. It's a perfect little getaway close to the St. Louis area. Will definitely be booking another stay!

My husband and 5 kids (13, 12, 6, 7, 8) all stayed at this property for 2 nights over the weekend. We are lucky to travel a lot and have stayed at many rentals. With that said, the communication with Rachel was hands down the fastest and clearest communication we have had with any rental owner ever. The place was very clean and up to date and it had everything we needed. Nice bed linens and soft clean white towels. The couches were comfortable and clean. Smart tv worked perfectly for us. The AC worked great and was quiet. There are also overhead fans and box fans (sound as you’d expect-white noise). The curtains are thin beautiful white linen and there is a lot of natural light, so if you’re sensitive bring eye covers. The water at the back of this property is small and murky to play in, but nice to look at. There is lake access only 7-8 minutes away with a sand beach, volleyball net, floating dock for jumping and kayaks, which is what my kids preferred. The resort itself offers golf, a great pool (great mixed drinks, beers on tap, food from a well known bbq place-Sugar🔥 ), hiking trails (even a gorgeous waterfall -Tyrolean Trail-during wet season, but dried up for summer), and many lakes. It is easy to get around. We saw many deer and even a fox. There is also The Market, which has a small coffee shop⭐️💵, food, wine and snacks. We highly recommend and would go back!
